As the sun leaves to shine elsewhere the Lord’s Light will continue to guide me down the path of righteousness, for there is no longer any need to hide in the shadows, I am saved. After years of being engulfed in darkness I want to be seen now, I have nothing to hide, His Light, my faith, darkness gone, together we shine bright. Once enslaved by darkness I now roam in His Light with no restraints, see me, I share my testimony, hear me. The warmth of His Light, my security blanket, His Love covers me, comfort He gives. Out of the shadows and into His Light, my calling, I am blessed, thanks I give. My journey out of darkness, His Light, my final destination, my faith, His light, darkness gone.
