I have thought many times of giving up the fight, I wanted to throw in the towel, I felt beat, many punches I have taken, but I have reason to fight on, everlasting life. Lord it is not easy trying to survive in a world that is full of bigotry, hate, greed, mistrust, and unrighteousness, but I know that I am not alone, for You are with me at all times. Lord I try with all that I have to walk the straight and narrow path that leads to Your glory, but at times the wicked of this world blocks my path, I get thrown off course, but my faith in You I keep, so I continue on. My Lord and Savior, I appreciate all that You have done for me, in return I will continue to act according to Your word, I will try my best, I will endure, I will. Along my journey I may stumble but I shall not fall, this I know to be true, for You will uphold me with Your righteous right hand. I thank You Lord for all that You have done for me, the seen and the unseen, in return I will continue to pursue everlasting life through my acts of righteousness, through my prayers, and through my faith in You. Lord, I will endure.
