“The Lonely Man On The Third Floor”

The Lonely man on the third floor, he is seldom seen, a man of mystery, for he stays hidden in the light of day behind closed doors. After the sun has set he stares motionless into the night, his silhouette standing tall, no words spoken, his body language, his dialect of choice, “Help Me Lord” it screams loudly. The lonely man on the third floor, he lives alone with his pain, with his sickness, with his fear of the unknown, with all of his physical and mental traumas. The lonely man on the third floor, his faith has been compromised by fear, many sleepless nights he has witnessed, his eyes, bloodshot, rest is needed. The lonely man on the third floor, Lord touch him with your hands of mental and physical healing, he needs You Lord, for there is no other besides You that can answer his call for help. The lonely man on the third floor, he is in need of Your Grace and Mercy, I pray that You give him understanding, let him know that You are with him through all of his worldly trials and tribulations, he needs to know that he is not alone. The lonely man on the third floor, I know him well, for he is I, and I am him, help us Lord.

“Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you and help you, I will uphold you with my right righteous hand.”

Isaiah 41:10
