I shall praise the Lord day and night, a choice made without thought, for He has blessed me with a chance to live life eternal, continuance after death, resurrection He offers. I am him, yes, I shall die, but I shall live, His promise to me, His promise to you, His divine declaration to all if chosen to be. As the sun rises on this day I give the Lord praise for continuance, His gift to me, His gift to you, we are all a part of His plan on this day, thanks I give. I shall praise the Lord as the sun shines elsewhere, for He has protected me from the unholiness that exist along my journey into this night that was not promised. As the sun sets this night I give the Lord praise on bended knees, I am blessed to greet this night, so thanks I give with head held high, with the lifting of my hands, with my words of truth, with my prayers. I shall praise the Lord this day and night, my promise to Him, my promise I keep, my road to salvation, His Glory awaits.
